When it comes to accountability, it is clear that @NepalAirlinesRA and @hello_CAANepal do not give a damn about it! I have always supported Nepal Airlines but this might be my last time I fly ever! Shocking, embarrassing and disgusting!

It took 100s of heated passengers to fight with the police and immigration office to get hold of one Nepal Airlines staff to update us, only for them to show attitude and say they have no clue. Flights have been getting delayed and cancelled left right and center. @hello_CAANepal

Most flights delayed by 7-12 hours minimum and the others being cancelled, yet they don’t choose to inform the passengers in advance. Thank me later! My flight of 1:25 pm today to Delhi was delayed till 4:30, it’s 6:15 pm and still no sign of boarding.
