Paragraf's mission to bring next-generation, graphene-based electronic devices to fruition has received a boost from an @innovateuk grant. This morning, Paragraf was privileged to host Science Minister Lord Vallance as he begins his tenure as Oxford-Cambridge Innovation Champion. Minister Vallance spent the day visiting businesses in Cambridgeshire to promote investment and growth in the OxCam region. Minister Vallance was given a tour of our new Huntingdon manufacturing site by CEO Simon Thomas, where he was able to see our six-inch wafer MOCVD reactors and photolithography lab.
