@MerrillEdge I’ve been trying to sort out my late father’s account he had with you to no success. Is there an email address I can contact you on as I’m in the U.K. and don’t want to waste anymore money on phone calls that don’t get me anywhere! Thanks

@Peter_Henley I just saw your piece about Rushmoor Borough Council. You state the plans for the new civic hub and leisure centre have been shelved by the council. Please can you confirm how you know this and cite your source as I hasn’t heard this?

@MerrillLynch do you have a U.K. number that people can call? Trying to find out if deceased father had 401k plan with you. Do not want to call a US number and get charged lots.

@SpursStadium trying to book one adult and child for the Skywalk online but it’s not letting me book unless I have two adults in the group. FAQs say only 1 adult required for 2 minors. Is this an issue with the website?

@VeryHelpers I can navigate the site, I just cannot log into my account. Managed to do it via the app so might be a website issue. Plus my errors are showing as a very issue not a device issue so I still think there may be an issue with your website (I’m not the only person with the issue).

@ClairesEurope a member of your staff just signed me up for you C Club without my permission in breach of GDPR. All she asked for was an email - I mistakenly assumed it was for an E-receipt and gave it. That is not on and your staff need further training!
