The Pandemic Fund is proud to be partnering with @WHO @FAO @UNICEF and @WorldBank on this important project.
To enhance health security across South-East Asia Region, @WHO along with @FAO, @UNICEF, and @WorldBank today launched a multi-country project to strengthen collaborative surveillance and diagnostic readiness for pandemic preparedness and response. Supported by the @Pandemic_Fund, the 3⃣-year initiative aims to improve early warning systems, boost environmental monitoring, and expand diagnostic capacities. Spanning across eight countries—Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Timor-Leste—the program fosters collaboration and ensures coordinated health emergency responses.
