It used to be if a person claimed to be a dog, barked, and peed on fire hydrants, they were given a lobotomy. This was later rightly declared barbaric and unethical. Today, that person is called Rover and surgically mutilated that makes a lobotomy look like removing a splinter.

A German Nazi guard living in the U.S. since 1949 was stripped of citizenship and ordered deported in 2004. Germany refused to take him. In 2018, Germany has a change of heart after @RichardGrenell gets done with them. I have no doubt Venezuela will do the same.
