Back when I was working on Beam I had the privilege of working with @Ce_wells and The Royal Brompton on this co-design for children and young people living with asthma and dysfunctional breathing! Awesome work Charlotte, can’t wait to see the pilot write up!

It's #NationalVolunteerWeek & I’m celebrating the incredible walk organisers who lead the @heartfoundation walking groups across Australia. With over 650 walking groups & 800 volunteers that’s a lot of hearts helping others to move more ♥️🙏🏼

Last night watching my son compete in a NSW state swimming comp and wondering if he’d still be swimming if we’d stayed in London. The culture around physical activity and opportunity for sport on the northern beaches of Sydney is incomparable to the uk, and it matters.

Last week at @ESSA_NEWS conference & a @RACGP webinar I was promoting referrals from AHPs & GPs to the @heartfoundation’s free walking program. Surprised how few know about this safe & supportive program. Lots of work to do.. Did I mention it’s FREE??

I designed a 12-week #yoga course for people w #cysticfibrosis more than 10 years ago & we are finally getting the chance to evaluate it through a multi-centre RCT! (With some updating to reflect the community’s current needs) So excited to be working with you on this @GemStanf🙌🏼
A new study, co-led by Nicholas Simmonds, cystic fibrosis (CF) consultant and Gemma Stanford, specialist CF physiotherapist, aims to determine whether online yoga classes for people with CF could help with pain, breathlessness, and mental health issues
