@GrayUsha Yes I have and as I stated I disagree with is judgement. There may well be an Appeal which could overturn his assessment.

@paulmurphy68 You may well laugh, if you were a little older you could well have benefitted from it.

Really... Have you heard that The President is cost cutting and only those who support US policies will be invited anyway. In fact, he could well cancel it all together because of Republic of Ireland State's negative attitude towards Israel.
As an Irish political party we can’t in good conscience go to Washington for St Patrick’s Day this year. Ireland has a proud history of solidarity with Palestine. The values of the SDLP are simply not compatible with what we’re seeing and hearing from Donald Trump on Gaza.

@paulmurphy68 In other words, you have no logical or factual argument to support your brainwashed, generalised anti British anti-unionist claptrap regarding the fantastically fair Northern Ireland judicial system in place from 1969 to 1998.

@BigSeamus188826 You really must have a very limited IQ. Best demonstrating it on someone of a similar ilk to yourself.

Generalised claptrap as usual. You appear to be unable to answer my simple question regarding instances of mistakes in sentencing by single Judges within the NI Diplock system, a system employed to prevent jurors being threatened, injured or killed by the defendants' or sidekicks, many of whom did not even recognise the Court,,,,, until they were jailed that is.

@GrayUsha Wrong again. The interpreted law in this instance is an ass. "A soldier may open fire without warning if there is no other way to protect yourself or those whom it is your duty to protect from the danger of being killed or seriously injured."

@GrayUsha Yes the same applied to everyone, it's a split decision at the time of engagement depending upon the perceived risk.

If you read my last attachment it explains where shooting is permitted to occur first. You have given no other alternative suggestion regarding the arrest of these ten+ terrorists and what you would have done if you were in command of Army unit to prevent possible death or injury to your soldiers. Would you shouted "hands up, surrender!" knowing these were dedicated murderers who likely would have immediately started firing on you?

@paulmurphy68 Name me five cases in which a person have been proven to be wrongfully imprisoned by a Diplock Court for terrorist related offences in Northern Ireland and, who have not got off on a technicality.

@JakeMcCool22 @GhostOldFritz No it's a clever way of Google/emoji to allow Northern Irish to have their own flag.

@MichaelHegart13 Of the 75,000+ RUC and UDR/RIR who served 1969>1998 how many, in your suspected opinion, were involved in collusion to murder. Why would a loyalist paramilitary need collusive information from an RUC/UDR member on who was a Catholic in their area and where they lived and worked.
