You appear to be unable to answer my simple question regarding instances of mistakes in sentencing by single Judges within the NI Diplock system, a system employed to prevent jurors being threatened, injured or killed by the defendants' or sidekicks, many of whom did not even recognise the Court,,,,, until they were jailed that is.

If you read my last attachment it explains where shooting is permitted to occur first. You have given no other alternative suggestion regarding the arrest of these ten+ terrorists and what you would have done if you were in command of Army unit to prevent possible death or injury to your soldiers. Would you shouted "hands up, surrender!" knowing these were dedicated murderers who likely would have immediately started firing on you?

Which particular sentences of nationalists and republicans of the thousands which were tried in Diplock Courts in Northern Ireland were found to be unsafe? Can you name... say five separate instances? How many members of the judiciary in Northern Ireland did the PIRA and INLA murder?
