@KatherineA48773 @TargetedJustice I think that once we receive the acknowledgment of Havana Syndrome in Civilians, we will be able to communicate their intentional torturous character. It is already a part of the First Interim Report on the Civilian Registry issued in January of 2025.

Kimberly, you are not the only one who feels "left out". I know that Havana Syndrome is a very specific set of symptoms and findings. It just so happened that the events that transpired in Cuba made it into a diagnosable condition. I would like very much to team up the experts who could help putting other effects such as MW burns into a cohesive diagnosable format. Same with the mental health profession. We urgently need to do what has been done for Havana Syndrome to other related injuries. So, I hear you, Kimberly, but I cannot do it alone.

Dr. Hoffer's office has a history of turning patients away if they put Havana Syndrome as a reason for the consultation AND who are not federal (or former federal) employees. If you put your actual vestibular symptoms as a reason for seeing Dr. Hoffer, then in theory you should be able to see him. I would also encourage you to work with your local otoneurologist using Dr. Hoffer's 2018 paper.
