Around 8.30pm on Sunday, 9 February, we were made aware of a crash involving one car on Kilwinning Road, Irvine. Emergency services are in attendance and the road is closed at Redburngate and Redburn Roundabout. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.

On Sunday, a report was received in Dalry of several sheep who had been attacked & injured by a dog. Even well-trained dogs can, when off lead, scare livestock animals. It is the responsibility of the dog owner to ensure worrying doesn't happen. More:

On Friday police seized an e-scooter being ridden in an anti-social manner. One male (24) has been charged with Road Traffic offences. E-scooters are not permitted on public spaces, as they do not meet necessary legal standards. More: #KeepingPeopleSafe
