damage we're seeing throughout our territory. (This pic is from Elmhurst, Lackawanna County.) While crews are responding as quickly and safely as possible, fallen trees can interfere with both travel and line repair.
STORM UPDATE: Conditions are still difficult, outages are still being reported, and some customers will be w/o power for more than 24 hours. We understand the difficulty of being w/o power, and we'll work around the clock until all customers are restored.

These employees are working on storm restoration in Trexlertown, Lehigh County. They're part of a 1,700-strong workforce that's pushing forward to restore outages remaining from the nor'easter.
Winds are strong and snow is blowing, but our smart grid is on the job. It’s automatically restored more than 12,000 customers today by rerouting power.
