There's hope!
Tens of thousands of people came from rivers & seas across the country to march through London in the biggest water demonstration in UK history. It was so large that people were still leaving the Albert Embankment as the procession entered Parliament Square. All those marching on the @MarchforWater had a simple message: we need real action for clean water & we need it now.

Gosh...people being killed by the weather all over the globe. Surely we can't still deny global warming and be critical of the brave activists who are trying to save us? Such gratitude to #XR #JustStopOil etc. Outrageous the prison sentences they're being given 😪🤧

Me in hospital fighting for my life whilst thousands of sons, daughters, mums, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, husbands, wives and friends are being blown into pieces and marred for life in the Middle East and Ukraine. How totally, totally insane!

83,000 men locked up in UK prisons! Most of them traumatised from difficult childhoods, poverty and a school system that excludes children at the drop of a hat if they can't cope with the process and don't look like they'll get good exam results. Suicide's rife. How sad. 😒

Am loving @GeorgeMonbiot & Peter Hutchinson's book 'The Invisible Doctrine.' It's a stark read as you see how right-wing think tanks and Neoliberal propaganda rule the show but this is stuff we all should know if we're ever going to change the system. And we can change it..😉
