@Joebruneel The problem is I’ve met guys who spend 60 hours a week working football only to go home and not know what to do.

Tight zone with a backside same side cut off with the H. Some people will call it IZ some people will call it duo. Which one is it? I just say Yes.

@CoachE_Philly I was a starting undersized tackle in college as a soph. They had me run routes during spring to see about TE. I think they decided a starting tackle was more valuable than a blocking TE. Nevertheless I was living the dream for 3 weeks.

@thestevesmithla @CoachTatum90 It’s guarantees a look/stunt/gap exchange vs a play in with the 2 guys you want. It’s a borderline team rep where you can stop it and correct technique.

Keep it simple stupid keeps your kids stupid. Coach what they can retain. Your elite and smart players lose buy in when you limit their leash.

@CoachTatum90 @Run_TheDamnBall @PaceNSpace2 @TheLastFullback @txhsfbchat @FirstdownX__Os Dash concept. Qb checks to the single and then rolls out to the 3 man concept. (Didn’t draw the sprint out part) gets the qb on the move and if he sees daylight he can put his foot down and go. Take the 1v1 backside if it’s there. Pass game isn’t my forte so open to suggestions

@Coach_Moore_FP It would be an incredibly hard call to make and easy for me to say afterwards but the numbers make no sense for that emlos to come. The confusion spags makes is why he’s who he is.

This was my immediate thought when I saw the clip a couple times. With how they lined up it would take a lot of guys to leave the end man free but they didn’t have the numbers to cover everyone if they brought him. Easy to say in retrospect on a couch but that would be the answer.
.@RGIII on Dalton Kincaid's near-catch on 4th & 5 late in the fourth quarter... 🔊 "Josh Allen actually could've ADJUSTED the protection and got that blitz picked up... That to me was a bigger issue than Kincaid dropping the ball." @heykayadams @BuffaloBills | #BillsMafia

@Coach_Moore_FP Persnap usually the call is based on gameplan. They blitz from the bndry mostly or blitz from here on this down 50% ect. The qb always has the ability to flip the protection if he sees pressure or blitz tendencies. We teach them that. They learn those quick to save their head

@Coach_Moore_FP This is a varied answer. You coach the q to look for tells and rep it (capped corner ect)or if they’re on the los. Alert the tackle of it and if you’re not sliding to it then you flip the slide. If you can’t catch it presnap then you have a quick hot once the wr sees it.

@sm1savnme @CoachShiffman Strangely enough didn’t immediately think of him. I’ve met 10 or so variations of coach mirabal. All of them are good because they know their stuff because they have to
