Ichigo ignores Inoues? There are hundreds of interactions between the two where they communicate back and forth. An uplifting one is where Ichigo is afraid of fighting at full strength because he doesn't want to scare Inoue and her words and tears knock him back to his sense.

They took the fact Ishida was placed in the background of a *colour page* as Ichigo not being friends with him anymore. The final chapter literally shows they're still friends but Ishida has an extremely busy schedule since he's a doctor.

Uryu didn't want to become a doctor because he saw his dad dissecting his mother's corprse. Uryu had no reason to not want to be a doctor anymore once he found out the reason why Ryuken was dissecting Katagiri after her death, there's a panel where Uryu comes to that realisation.

This sub-plot is built even further when Isshin comes and interrupts Aizen and lets Ichigo know he can answer all his questions right away but Ichigo tells him they can save that conversation for a later time. That sub-plot is unresolved if we end it at Aizen’s defeat.
