@BradleyKnowles1 I'm as pessimistic as they come, 3-0 up and I bet on the draw, but I think this squad is mentally strong as proved by coming from behind to gain points on a few occasions and then the bad results in January to a winning run in February etc. Play Offs at least for Pessimistic Pete

@oafc_prozac @bardsleybutcher @OfficialOAFC The first one that stands out for me, as it was around the time I started watching Latics was Rodger Wylde who scored just over 50 league goals in three seasons. If Fondop stays, and gets to that then that's a serious milestone in my eyes.

As we are replicating the first round of results I would like to cheer the #oafc up by letting them know our next predicted win will be on the 15/02 OR in the whole new ball game at Spotland on the 4th ππ§‘

@Wandering_Latic @HadfieldRegan Wouldn't trust him with my Tesco big shop at the minute. Would probably come back with eight boxes of corn flakes and no milk π

@gazapalooza @oafcphonein The point that you were trying to make about the opposition that we did well against but was talked over were Braintree, Wealdstone, Woking, Yeovil, FGR, Ebbsfleet, Sutton, Dagenham, Tamworth and Boston. Like you say weaker teams (apart from FGR), decent ones we struggle against.

@oafc24 Weird how both of them will train mainly with us during the week and then play for them at the weekend.

@oafc24 Doubt they'll be paying much to us for them to be honest. Especially Reid who could be on 1500 a week, which is probably more than their gate receipts π Part-timers so I suspect that we've been paying a lot of his wage whilst he's been down there.

@OfficialOAFC Seems a likeable character this guy. Scrapped for everything in midfield and kept it nice and tidy with the ball. Also has a bit of passion and enthusiasm for the job which is good to see.

@rphamer1984 @dan_taylor12 Personally I don't think we would Danny, like Ryan says all of the mentioned clubs will run rings around us and although one of them will be champions it's likely 2 or 3 maybe 4 will be there for us to playπ¨

@mossleyblues @oafc_prozac And when they are thrown in, they wont be fully match fit and up to speed for a couple of games as they haven't been used, probably resulting in them being dropped again ( and slated on here ) !

@ChrisJStott19 @gazapalooza @Anthony53719862 Cos he tries wearing them like Jack Grealish π agree did some good things and some not so good, but like others have said once you're a target to become a boo boy... ATM he'll also be open to abuse from the crowd because he tries to take people on, which doesn't always come off.

@gazapalooza @ChrisJStott19 @Anthony53719862 Definitely this. Can't say I'm a fan of his yet as not seen enough of him, but he is positive & does try and go forward and take people on (granted not very successfully at the moment) I'm intrigued as I think he could be something very different for us when he is fully match fit

@razza_699 I think he will go with this, perhaps even as a full back in a 4-5-1 to match York's system which I think they will revert back to after their change at the weekend. I know people won't like it but I think we'll see a more defensive minded set up given their pace on the counter.

@wheatabeat @dean_hutchings I posted a reply similar on a different thread. Agree 100% with this, also suspect that privately the club would have been looking at the playoffs as a target, but aspirations may have changed pre-xmas with being in a better position than maybe expected but may not be much Β£ left
