Mowbray isn't a tactical genius but he knows how to motivate his players, maybe he feels Hemir needed a bit of a public kick up the arse. I'm not bothered by it, no doubt Hemirs been told multiple times in private too.

It's clear he's not part of the picture under Mowbray but he's a talented young lad. If he's not going to get a run any time soon, I hope the club find him a decent move, maybe to Spain or something, where he can keep progressing instead of languishing in the U23s.

I wasn't happy with the appointment of Beale but to give him credit that performance VS Preston was very well managed. Not our best performance but very, very professional. Not as fun to watch as Mogga ball but maybe that's what gets results. Time will tell

Tony Mowbray really surprised me when he came in. I'm sad to see him go but at the same it shows some real ambition from the owners and board that they aren't happy with 9th. I'll miss Mogga but it is an exciting opportunity too. Hopefully they get the right man for the job
