My grandfather missed d- Day to attend his own mother’s funeral. He went on to have a very important role in the Marines in WWII including escorting the President around Europe. He’s still alive, 96, and still a total Badass.
Given all that’s going on in the world these dark days, I suggest learning and remembering about the sacrifices and horror of evil. The men buried at Normandy France faced it head on. 🙏🏻🇺🇸
