#ASRM2024 - let’s talk uterine instrumentation (HSC polypectomy): single academic center, 175 procedures, 4/175 with myometrium present on path, all with use of morcellator (vs. scissors/forceps/resectoscope). Could morcellators be a risk for excessive tissue resection? 🤔
