Its all fun at that time, you even go as far as calling the person’s partner a legbere or a mugu because of the way they’re being cheated on and they have no clue. Several times the partner calls during the sexcapades and you observe how the girl or guy lie about their whereabouts to the partner, meanwhile your mouth dey bobbi or you dey ride am hard. Then you go to your friends and share the testimony, “i knack her wetin no good as her guy dey call”, “I ride am enter cloud 9 as he babe dey call”. Fast forward some years later, you’re in a serious relationship or marriage, the PTSD starts to kick in, your partner tells you he or she is going on a work trip or something, you call at night and they don’t pick maybe because they slept or something, then you start thinking all through the night, abi dem dey knack am? Abi she dey collect head? You begin to go through their phones to look for what you’re not supposed to look for, all because you remembered how those guys/girls you had those “sweet knacking” with lied to their partners back then. Now your mind is messed up, you can’t trust easily, you doubt almost everything your partner says or do, you only trust when they’re in your presence, you always monitor and search through their phones. Yes your partner might be cheating for real or No they maybe be truly faithful. But at the end, “The game is the game” 😎
