Update: We are over at the service center now, hoping to get the truck reset.
Update: Owner is here, no luck for him. The truck will go into drive now using the emergency buttons, but screen is totally bricked. Seems as the truck knows the screen is broken, as all PRND lights and audio chime come on immediately. The only way we could get it to turn on.
