Nobody gives out hand outs. All the "aid" has strings attached, and those strings are 10 fold more devastating to the countries receiving them than the good the "aid" does.
The USAID organization that supposedly provides humanitarian aid has classified documents and all foreign leaders are relieved it stopped. Technically there should be government calling for help, because people are starving now … but no one does. So, it was only gaslighting?
