@lambdacapo @GeneralSnow_ A student could afford that. I had a course mate that traveled from Uyo to Lagos in 2014 with just 16k. The same student would be required to pay almost 180k today or even more to go to Lagos from Uyo. A bus from Uyo to Lagos was 5k but today, 25k is not enough.
