No one in awful company can tell me when is processing???

@mkatchen @Wealthsimple spent two HOURS &8 minutes on phone with Wealthsimple to be told oh I have to ask our back office and can’t tell you anything why abuse people’s time for hours when your staff can’t do or say anything no idea when update will come need done for tax year!

@mkatchen @Wealthsimple Foreign call center that doesn’t process transfer requests between accounts due to incompetence this place is awful! Don’t give them 100k for an iPhone that is only a one percent return and their managed portfolio returns are poor
