Wrestling received the #10 seed in the Section 2AA Team Tournament. Spartans will matchup with #7 seed Tri-City United on Thursday night in the opening round at Belle Plain High School. The winner will wrestle again on Thursday against #2 seed Scott West.

Girls’ Hockey defeats Delano 7-1 in the Section Semifinals. Spartans advance to the Section 5A Championship and will face Mound-Westonka on Wednesday (2/12) night at the SLP Rec Center.

Girls’ Wrestling State Qualifier! Emery Soukop has punched her ticket to the MSHSL Girl’s Wrestling State Tournament after her runner-up finish at sections! Emery is the first girl in school history to qualify for state wrestling! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Reminder to senior female student-athletes! We are seeking applicants for our 2024-25 Athena Award. This recognizes one outstanding senior female student-athlete from our school who has distinguished herself in athletic accomplishments in one or more sports.

Good luck to Emery Soukup who is competing in this weekend’s girls section wrestling tournament in Rochester. Emery is a 7th grader and has had a remarkable season, earning her the No. 1 state-ranking in her weight class.

Congrats to Nolan Groves on setting a new single game school scoring record with his 57 point (19-31 FG) performance in tonight’s 102-98 win over St. Louis Park! Nolan broke his own school record that he previously set last season.

Congrats to our Alpine Ski State Qualifiers! Boys Individuals: JT Burns and Danny Kinzer Section Team Results: Boys 3rd Place and Girls 11th Place The MSHSL Alpine Ski State Championship is hosted at Giants Ridge in Biwabik, MN on February 11.
