2.5 yr old had “a moment” in a cafe earlier & after down talking her down and drying eyes - an older lady walking towards us met my eyes and went to talk (I was waiting for the usual “someone must be tired” line) and said “well done you, you’re doing great - keep it up” 😭😭😭😭

I’m genuinely incredulous at this - I was taught politics at QUB by very vocal unionist academics. It was really interesting - & also great to be exposed to people who were passionate about their areas of research & beyond.That’s what uni should be about!
QUB law professor Colin Harvey tells us he's been "under siege" from some unionists because of his academic work on Irish unity. The UUP leader Steve Aiken says QUB needs to show more political balance. Are you concerned that politicians are trying to restrict academic freedom?

Our 4yr old’s school just uploaded video the teacher/staff have spent ages putting together,& it may have tipped me over the 2020 edge. Teachers & all school staff have been *incredible* in all of this - educating and bringing so much fun/normality into the lives of little ppl.
