Brands don't not like 'you'. They don't like the 'idea of you' because of all the problems Amazon sellers cause them. Our job, and yours, is to shift their mindset from us being an annoying liability to an asset for their brand.

At the beginning I absolutely sucked. I had awkward phone calls (still do every once in awhile). I wrote shit emails. I got rejected constantly. I didn't know what to say to a brand on the phone. In other words, I'm not a 'natural', and it's ok if you aren't either. I'm running a multi-seven figure business not because of my talent, but because of my persistence. If you can push through the learning curve you'll be successful. Just don't quit.
