I believe that the current pushback on globalisation as seen in the US Inflation Reduction Act will be replaced by a wave of decentralisation. It's not that we don't want to work together, we just want more equitable profit structures. You charge up your OpenBook organisation and let it run down, whether you have a busy sales / project management / accounting / timesheet month it doens't matter. The initial cost to charge up will be cycles X 2, but the DAO can adjust.
