To practice primary care in the county setting is to witness and fight against endless vehicles of structural violence in our communities. When these systems extract from & abandon communities to sickness, cutting visit times in half is worse than accepting defeat.

I remember a woman who survived being mauled by a bear (it RIPPED HER FACE OFF) did an ama about her experience and said the worst part of the whole thing, attack, rescue, recovery, years of healing, many surgeries, was dealing with the health insurance company

In case it's not clear- we need to abolish Medicare Advantage. Any convo about algorithms must first be about the political economy of the host industry. And this is one of the worst cancerous growths in healthcare. End it, before @CMSGov @DrOz completes the privatization.
