I've decided on tonight's rules:
I can leak or pee as much as I need, but it HAS to be completely involuntary. No giving in if I start wetting myself, if I can regain control in any way must do so. In the meantime I have to continuously drink and keep filling up nonstop.

I think my bladder capacity has expanded lately. I measured the other day and it was just over 1 liter and I definitely felt like I could hold more, even though that used to be my absolute max.

Sooo... I kept leaking (and drinking). It was frustrating because it felt so good when my body would finally allow me to leak, but I was so full that it didn't offer any relief. After a while I was getting more uncomfortable and decided to lay down instead
