Be aware of your own biases, possible reporter bias, company bias and the subject of news' bias. From there you extract just facts and form your own opinion.

Especially when he pretends to be an expert on things he clearly knows nothing about. That's what makes it cult like. Trusting real experts when you don't know anything about a topic is GOOD, actually.
