Great to be at #ASHG2024 , my group are presenting three posters: Diffusion autoencoding models + GWAS of cardiac MRI in 70k subjects, IPH detection in 2,500 plaques using MIL+MACE prediction and our work looking at crypt morphology variation (H&E+spatial) in healthy + IBD GI.
