I liked your transparency Claudia, see you on the winning side.
Blew my phase 2 💀 Reverted back to overleveraging and messed up This is exactly what I meant in my previous post by easy come easy go When I fly through phase 1 I tend to attempt the same on phase 2 instead of taking my time 2 lessons from this: 1. Don’t trade when you are tired, this happened during Asian session when I was mentally burnt out and therefore unable to control my emotions, trade with clarity and follow my risk rules 2. Overleveraging doesn’t speed things up, it sets you back - not worth it I’ve reflected on this and have told myself to choose my pain moving forwards I can either experience the pain of taking these accounts slow, which challenges my impatience and need for instant gratification Or I can experience the pain of failure by rushing and having to start again Going to take a break from prop/live trading and practice my system on a demo account for a bit alongside detailed journaling In the hope that I’ll go back to focusing on process over profits and stomp out these bad habits once and for all I’ll keep documenting my journey, reflections & breakthroughs on here for anyone trying to overcome similar struggles 🫶
