With all due respect to Falana, i think he's wrong. They withdrew the appeal at the Supreme Court to avoid the sledge hammer on Fubara. At it stands now, 2024 & 2025 budget passed by Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo & his two friends are illegal. The final supreme court judgment on the legitimacy of 27 lawmakers would be the game changer. Remember, it's an impechable offense for a governor to spend state budget without appropriation by the authentic state assembly. February 17th, were are thou?
