When catching a high ball falling backwards and landing on your heels, your foot coming up is completely natural. It acts as a counter balance. Not deliberate, just bad technique.

Chiefs with the double 👏🏼. Some feat. Horrible clan of ninjas. League of shadows stuff. Voracious ambition only quelled by silver crockery. Also, test match nausey bastards 😂 always have a geezer’s talon tied to some part of my carcass.

cherish it big fella!

I’ve practiced high balls every week my whole career, it happens. I’ve also received a boot to the chest in game from Mike Brown receiving a box kick, in a similar situation. Wasn’t deliberate that time either.
@BenMosses
When did I mention whether it’s a red or not? I was clearing up the deliberate aspect which was brought up. It could lead to ban time if interpreted as sinister, also just clearing a young lads name who didn’t mean to boot someone in the face.

Just a red and no ban should be fair. Hopefully better technique will be coached league wide after this to prevent this happening again.
