@GuyN72 @CrossCountryUK I wish you luck - we used them on the way up as well and, although it was extremely crowded, there was no disruption. I was speaking to a guard and he said this happens almost every week so if you do get in a spot of bother, talk to them on here, much more helpful than the phone

@CrossCountryUK There’s 9 still waiting 2 to Reading & Bracknell 4 to Southampton Parkway 3 to Southampton Central You picked up 4 people to go to Bournemouth just after midnight and cancelled the rest of the taxis. There’s still kids here…
