Our team is constantly reflecting and evolving, our ‘We are practitioners’ board now sits above a ‘We are collaborators’ board. We have also up-cycled some old cupboard fronts that now feature the four principles of EYFS and how our culture and ethos has evolved.

@cosydirect For me it means - phone switch off by 9:30pm. Reading a chapter in a book each night (not a education based book), I’m trying to get the exercise back after last year which wasn’t great with 100 day cough and a broken wrist - ultimately be a role model #cosychat
