Well this is interesting...
Maryland baseball player Trey Ciulla-Hall, who sued the NCAA to gain an extra year of eligibility, had his claim *denied* in a ruling today. Ciulla-Hall, a former Division II player, was making a similar argument as Wisconsin DB Nyzier Fourqurean, who had his motion granted.

UGA baseball's Tre Phelps and Brian Curley were named preseason All-Americans by the NCBWA. Curley was named to the first team, while Phelps earned a spot on the third team.
