The children, ranging in age from 3 to 17, and their families spent a long time in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

In just two days Russian ballistic attacks damaged two civilian cargo vessels in Odesa. Yesterday, one with corn bound for Italy. Another one today, killing one and wounding five people. There were damaged vessels earlier in September. This is a deliberate terrorist tactic.
