@HillCST_ Yeah it's rough. Deadlift just isn't as good as other exercises for what it does. I hit 405 for the first time ever a couple weeks ago and I think I'm just good there. Back to hypertrophic movements for me! Also a dad of two so my training time is valuable to me haha.

@ppslayer_vt This happened to me as well. What I eventually found out was the power cord on the pc was EVER SO SLIGHTLY wiggling around. I replaced it and it never happened again. But if it's every 30mins try updating the bios. I was suprised how many issues an out of date bios can cause.
