This afternoon's Adobe Women's FA Cup fixture was abandoned in the first half due to a medical emergency involving goalkeeper Grace Pomfret. Grace is now in a stable condition and being looked after in hospital, and has our full support and best wishes in her recovery.

@muddcolin1 💯 What people need to realise is that Walsall are chasing promotion this season. We're pretty much a completely new squad compared to last year where almost went down! We're clearly not at the level to go up easily. Playoffs this season would be our ceiling I reckon!
