It was a delight to welcome Old Alt Chris Hill for a tour of the School today. Chris attended AGSB between 1957-63. He then enjoyed a very successful career in the RAF and was then CEO of a National charity. Chris was also Northern Junior Tiddlywinks Champion in 1963! #oldalts

@bamford_alison You sound as if you may have an upper respiratory chest ? Infection with post nasal drip! Use Vick Vapo rub, gargle with salt water (1 teaspoon in glass of water) and drink honey and lemon. Paracetamol 2-3 times a day. Inhale steamed water in bowl. Feel free to ring! Mum xx

There is a 6 week course available that is being run by the Counselling & Family Centre (poster attached). It starts in November and has six online sessions titled "I'm A Parent..Get Me Out of Here!"
