Every time I hear Republicans say they will pronounce VP Kamala Harris’ name any way they choose, I realize how right I am about the Republican Party. They reveal themselves too frequently for me not to believe that their bigotry is real.

Hey Republicans, YOU ARE NOT PRO-LIFE! Claiming to care for the unborn when you do not care for the living who are poor, women, immigrants and people who do not worship or love according to your prescription is anti-life.

It is weird that the same people opposed to granting voting rights to convicted felons have one favorite convicted felon who they adore so much that they want him to occupy the highest office in the land. It would be nice to have a fair and equitable world.

To every African American who walked, fought the fight and bore the stripes of hate and racial violence so that I wouldn’t have to suffer as they did, I have this to say on this Black History Month: THANK YOU!

Question #5: If being a Christian means being Christ-like and the Bible quotes Christ as having said: “Let the little children come unto me and do not hinder them…for theirs is the kingdom of God”, how can one be a Christian and support defunding programs that help children?

Still on my quest to learn a few things during these final days of 2022. #2: If being a Christian means being Christ-like and we know from the genealogy of Christ that he was not a Caucasian male, how can you be a Christian and discriminate against people of color or anyone?

On question #1: None of the respondents to my question expressed that one can be a Christian and hate immigrants. Of course I am aware that people who believe you can be a Christian and hate immigrants would not respond publicly to a question like this. More questions ahead!
