Approximately 59% of those who visit our foodbanks have at least one member of their household who has a chronic condition. This can make finding nutritious and cost-effective food even more challenging. Learn more

Penny, and her husband, have a household income that does not allow them to receive SNAP benefits – which requires the family to utilize foodbanks for supplemental assistance. And with the high food costs, the foodbanks are able to help Penny in times of need.

According to our recent Hunger Study, our neighbors have reported they visited an emergency food pantry or other charitable hunger relief program about 5 times in the past year. Now more than ever, we want to be able to provide this assistance whenever needed.
