Everyone trying to shit on Eric July just comes off as jealous to me. They are doing Olympic levels of posturing to try and pretend otherwise. He's not helping it by feeding into it either. It's all so tiresome. Let the dude sell his book, buy it or don't. Pretty easy.

Up less than 24 hours and I just crossed 1000 views! It took a week for that to happen with my Isom #1 review. Whether you like what I do or hate me, God bless you for making this happen. It is flattering and humbling.

@PeopleWIssues Who did I stalk? I did a Google search, found the cemetery's publicly posted address in less than a minute and then went to that public place and took a picture.

I know what I said earlier today, but screw it. This is where you can send donations for the upkeep of the cemetery. I think this is more important than an internet beef between two groups because two poorly written comics.

@RichardEmbree I don't care about movements, about the race, color, or creed of a creator or their politics, just as long as it doesn't feel like they are blatantly bashing me over the head with them when I want entertainment. I care about whether a story is good or not.

@CyberfrogHD I've been told by Rippafans that I am not allowed to ask what their favorite part is because, "That's not a question you can ask about comics," a while back. He said you can only ask that about movies. When I asked why, he couldn't give me an answer outside of, "you just can't.".

Being an indie creator doesn't make them magically immune from criticism. Criticism is how one grows when it comes to their craft and as a person. That is, if one is mature enough to take it without throwing a fit.
@mattbahr6 Personal attacks/criticism are completely unnecessary. CG was founded on criticizing the corrupt business practices of major corporate conglomerates. Criticizing indie creators gets us nowhere. Everyone should be afforded the same opportunity to do their own thing.
