It’s all progress baby!
I started this weight loss journey at 270 pounds roughly and I weighed in on Wednesday at 219.
I have about 20 pounds left on my personal goal, but it’s just strange to see the difference. The human body is weird, but I’m enjoying the change.

I have a personal trainer now.
I’m on week 2, I’m down 10 pounds, my stomach has been shrinking and I have been slowly increasing my workouts( timings and reps.)
