The contracts cover preventative services and additional O&M campaigns. The work is set to start on 30 March 2025 and the contracts will be in effect until 30 December 2026, according to a public contract award notice. #offshorewind

The bill would amend the definition of “infrastructure” in the existing law to include #offshorewind port infrastructure and require the Governor to include an assessment of funding opportunities for offshore wind ports in his 5-Year Infrastructure Plan.

RWE plans to market part of the production capacity from its Amrumbank West #offshorewind farm in #Germany in daily auctions for a system-stabilising secondary reserve to keep the grid frequency at 50 Hertz, preventing potential grid failures.
