We've confirmed with our service provider that the top-up issue has been fixed & all affected top-ups are now reflecting on card balances!
We've received assurances that this should not happen again, but we're going to run internal tests before re-enabling top-ups.

We've investigated this and there's an issue on our card issuer's system that isn't updating users' card balances automatically after top-ups are completed.
Unfortunately it looks like it will take until Monday for this to be fixed. We'll follow up with them and alert you
