On a more serious note, I am tired. I used to have the dream of going pro in Valorant, making it to the top and being the best player I could be. The lives that the pro players have worked for is a fever dream for anyone who plays this game and I encourage EVERYONE to continue to chase that dream. After coming to the realization that that future is not in my deck of cards, I wanted to manifest a different destiny for myself. I aspired to build a bond, a brotherhood amongst others that started with the same passion that I had. In my eyes, if I surrounded myself with other like-minded individuals, my chances of succeeding would be greater. I had more dreams in store than just going pro in Valorant. What I have learned is that people will NEVER care for you in the same way that you would care for them. No matter how much effort you put into a team, or a friendship, you will NEVER be able to predict the outcome of it. Honestly, the more that you care, the higher the chances are that the opposite outcome will occur. People will NEVER hear or see the things that I have done to keep people around me happy. Hours and hours of personal sacrifice to end up with absolutely nothing. From now on, I'm staying true to myself. Fuck you if you don't like me. Time for me to focus on MY journey.

Today is the sad day where I am halting operations at @LionheartGGs. We're not done, but with myself unable to provide the time and finances to operate an organization, I need to take a step back as I prepare to go back to school this fall and work on mt career goals.

I can only imagine the amount of difficulties in managing a league in the esports scene. Especially valorant, where there are no salaries in tier 3 and everything is for the community benefit. Played in @TitansOfTier3 today and the number of complaints/tweets/hate on the league should be an eye opener for the owners. While we do appreciate what you are TRYING to do for the scene, at some point shouldn't we put a pause on the placements, address the issues/statements that are present and provide some clarity? Between MFH's statements, teams dropping out, the endless amounts of complaints in the servers, the amount of work the admins are trying to make up for it all seems so bizarre. We as a community need to understand that there will be issues but at some point, the league needs to take accountability. Take a day, a week, or however long it needs to listen to the players and work as a team to solve the problems permanently instead of providing "band-aid" solutions. That being said, @LionheartGGs will still be participating in the league and hopes to see improvements over time.
