Alhumdulillah, I have reached in the Semifinals of the Bulgarian International Championship 2019 by beating Tanya Ivanova of Bulgaria with a score of 21-11 and 22-20.
Alhumdulillah, I have won GOLD Medal 🥇 in Pakistan International Series 2019 by beating Soraya of Iran 🇮🇷 in Final in three sets with a score of 21-15, 16-21 and 21-16. I'm delighted to have won the only Gold medal for Paksitan in this tournament!

Alhumdulillah, I have been selected for Tokyo Olympics 2020. This is a great accomplishment for Pakistan as I am the first Pakistani Badminton player to qualify for Olympics. I am really thankful to all of you for your prayers and support.
Alhumdulillah, won back to back matches in WS in team event against Vidara of Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 in straight sets with a score of 22-20 and 21-15.
Not only this, I have won my Third consecutive match of WS in individual event against Priyana of Guyana 🇬🇾 with a score of 21-10 and 21-8
My journey in the Bulgarian International Championship 2019 concluded with a bronze medal for Pakistan. As the only Pakistani player participating in the tournament, I’m quite satisfied at making it to the top 3. I am gratified by the support, and working hard for the next events

Alhumdulillah I have been selected by Badminton World Federation (BWF) for their fully funded scholarship for University of London’s PG Certificate in Sports Management. There were 70 applicants from 35 countries, and BWF considered me the best fit for their ONLY 100% scholarship

It was my dream to represent my country in Olympics, and today Alhumdulillah, I am so overwhelmed to see my name in the BWF official list of qualifiers for Tokyo Olympics 2020. Being the FIRST ever 🇵🇰 badminton player to qualify for Olympics is a proud moment for the whole nation
Due to this Lockdown, I have now more time to read Quran with translation. I am reading It to know Islamic Commandments. Understanding what’s written in Quran helps us to improve ourselves which not only helps us to be successful in this world, but both this world and Hereafter.
With immense pleasure I inform you all that my world ranking has increased to 149 Alhumdulillah, making me the first ever female badminton player of Pakistan to reach 150 in the world ranking.

Alhumdulillah, extremely proud to announce that I participated in National Championship 2020 as defending champion, and managed to become NATIONAL CHAMPION for the 4th consecutive year! For the first time, I have been TRIPLE CROWNED by winning Singles, Doubles and Team Event.
Alhumdulillah, pleased to announce that I along with my partner, Palwaha, have clinched Bronze medal 🥉in Women Doubles in the Uganda International Badminton Tournament 2020. In quarterfinals we beat Maldives 🇲🇻 in straight sets with a score of 21-14 and 21-19.

My father, Muhammad Shahzad, has won 2 Gold medals in 500m and 2000m races in Portuguese National Open Indoor Rowing Championship held in Viana, Portugal on 29th January 2023.
He competed in Masters 60-64 age category. His 500m race time was 1:33 and 2000m race time 7:20
Alhumdulillah, I have been selected as Pakistan’s Flag bearer for the Opening Ceremony Parade of Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. It’s my first Olympics and never have ever I thought that I would be leading a nation with 230 Million population at such a huge event like Olympics.
Pakistan International Series 2019 proved to be another successful journey as I became the only Pakistani to bag 2 medals in the tournament. Besides winning a Gold Medal in singles category, I also got a Silver 🥈 in the doubles category. Hope to keep the streak going InshaAllah
Travelling to Poland 🇵🇱 for the Polish International Badminton tournament. Travelling alone in these unforseen circumstances (COVID-19) is a huge risk. However, if I am to represent Pakistan in the Olympics 2021, I must avail this opportunity. Do pray that I make Pakistan proud.

5 years ago, in March 2015, I reached the Finals of Senior Ranking Tournament for the first time. I was 18, nobody expected me to win but Alhumdulillah I outperformed everyone’s expectations and won the finals by beating Top player. To date, I have maintained my position of No 1.
