Myself &Nora Corcoran exploring traditional Traveller Herbalism& Healing at the O’Donoghue Centre in University of Galway. Attendees learned about foraging, gathering & healthy custodianship of the land. We got creative with traditional dyes & cording. I had a hoot of a time!

The ma's power is still out. She's cooked everything from the freezer in the back garden, charged her phone in the church (priorities). The bank windows have blown in - no money has blown out yet, but she's ready with pillowcase &a borrowed dyson just in case. She's thriving x

The wearing of red is very much a older tradition that is wonderfully alive in the community - & Rowan/Mountain ash/Quickin has a long standing association with protection, safety & care - they make wonderful necklaces & on Mayday you dress the horses in them 🥰
