Greetings @FreedomMortgage your system has now taken 3 payments from my bank for Feb. I have made 3 calls and sent 3 messages. I was told I would be called at 4 pm yesterday. No call came, so I am trying this. Can you please send someone to help me?

@FreedomMortgage Any one else have 2 monthly payments withdrawn this month? If you did, how did you get it resolved? I got a message telling me all of the evidence they need to refund me when I can see it on history in their app. There customer service said she had several calls about this.

I have to assume that is a scam company! Anyone else have issues with them?

@ATT Ok. Day 5 of the outage. It would be great if you sent customers some type of information. I am unable to work from home and I have a kid in grad school unable to complete work at home. So information like the source of the outage and an estimated date of repair would be great

@ATT Love. I’ll take working wifi! Outage since Saturday with no information. Prior to the outage you couldn’t get my Uverse to work for 3 weeks. $249 a month is pretty steep to pay for unreliable service

@ATT I wouldn’t know. My neighborhood is in an outage since Saturday and no one is helping us with when it might be repaired or what is going on
